Greetings from the San Diego home front!  I love my job, although I do not really consider it a job since I came to be in real estate sales through dealings in my own personal properties and figured if I'm successful at it why not spread the knowledge and joy to other future home owners.  I do have 6 years of real estate experience ranging from administration, property management and now sales and service. 

I was fortunate enough to make a wise investment choice at a young age and I give my testimonial to my clients because the home buying process created a wide range of emotions for me; excited to make the offer, anxious to hear the verdict, nervous to sign the paperwork, and stressed because I had to cut corners to pay the mortgage; however I'm grateful for the positive energy that stayed with me to be a California property owner because now I reap the all benefits.  And since I was young when I first purchased, my Realtor as I later came to learn through obstacles really didn't have my best interests in mind.
